Running packages and accounts on NEC frameworks under a Senior or Managing QS; applications, compensation events, Defined Cost records and monthly reporting.
A relevant degree and experience on live contracts, with the APC under way or planned.
Peak Commercial is a specialist commercial consultancy of chartered quantity surveyors and NEC contract specialists, Regulated by RICS. We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent, employed role on PAYE.
The work is NEC3 and NEC4 commercial management on water, highways and commercial schemes; running packages and accounts on NEC frameworks under a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor, including applications for payment, compensation events, Defined Cost records and monthly reporting.
Requirements: a relevant degree and experience on live contracts, with the RICS APC under way or planned. Applicants must be based in the UK with an existing right to work in the UK. We are not engaging freelance, self-employed, CIS, umbrella or limited company contractors for this position.
