Peak Commercial is a chartered, RICS-regulated commercial consultancy and quantity surveying practice. We specialise in NEC contract delivery on the construction and infrastructure programmes where commercial decisions decide whether a scheme holds its position or loses it.
Our clients are main contractors, their supply chains, and the public and private organisations behind critical national infrastructure. We work pre-contract and post-contract, client-side and contractor-side, across most forms of contract, with deep specialism in NEC3 and NEC4.
What we do is straightforward to describe. We keep the numbers honest, we keep the contract position defensible, and we give clear commercial advice on demanding projects so the people running them can decide with confidence. The person advising you on a compensation event, a final account or a disputed quantum has done it before, at the level your project demands.
We are deliberately a specialist firm rather than a generalist one, and that focus is the point. It is also a team, not two names on a letterhead. Alongside the principals, Peak Commercial runs senior quantity surveyors, quantity surveyors, graduates and trainees, so the firm has both the seniority to lead a position and the capacity to deliver it.
