Peak Commercial is a specialist commercial consultancy of chartered quantity surveyors and NEC contract specialists, Regulated by RICS. We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent, employed role on PAYE.
The work is NEC3 and NEC4 commercial management on water, highways and commercial schemes; leading the commercial position on a project or a cluster of packages, including target cost accounts, claims, final accounts and the records that stand up to audit.
Requirements: MRICS or comparable chartered status, or demonstrable progress towards it. Applicants must be based in the UK with an existing right to work in the UK. We are not engaging freelance, self-employed, CIS, umbrella or limited company contractors for this position.
